*This membership is an open-ended, auto-renewing membership via electronic funds transfer (EFT). Your bank account, debit or credit card will be charged each month for the membership. A membership agreement is required (must be signed by parent/guardian if under 18). All EFT memberships have a $25 initiation fee, 90 day minimum, and 30 day notice for cancellation. Paid In Full memberships are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
